No guarantee of results

Results vary based on individual circumstances. Except for the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee described below, Stay The Course Society does not guarantee: specific credit score increases; removal of any particular or all negative accounts; approval for financing or business funding; or specific tax refunds. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All credit consulting programs (Silver, Gold, Platinum) include a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If no inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated negative item is removed from any of your credit reports within 90 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund of program fees paid by emailing [email protected] within 30 days after the 90-day period ends. SmartCredit or other third-party subscription fees are paid to those providers and are not refunded by us. This guarantee does not promise any specific score increase or the removal of accurate information. See the full Guarantee Policy.

Credit repair services & your rights

Stay The Course Society provides credit repair consulting in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state law. Before you sign a contract, you will receive the written Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law disclosure. You may cancel your contract without penalty or obligation within 3 business days of signing it (Notice of Cancellation). Your written contract describes the services, total cost, payment terms, and estimated timeline.

Stay The Course Society is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent any credit bureau, creditor, or government agency. We dispute only information believed to be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable. No one can legally remove accurate, current, and verifiable information. You may dispute inaccurate information with the credit bureaus yourself at no cost.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information
  • Submit requested documentation
  • Keep your SmartCredit monitoring active while enrolled in a credit program
  • Review all tax returns before filing
  • Maintain communication throughout the service process

Failure to provide accurate information may affect service outcomes.

Client Responsiveness

Our dispute work depends on up-to-date reports from your SmartCredit account and timely replies from you. When we need you to refresh or reconnect SmartCredit, upload a document, or answer a question, we will contact you by text, email, or phone. If we make three separate attempts over at least 14 days and do not hear back, we will send you a final written notice. If you do not respond within 7 days of that notice, we may close your file and end your program. If your program ends for this reason, the 90-day money-back guarantee no longer applies. You can reply at any time before your file is closed to keep it active.
